Shipping

  • MySilkway aims to deliver your order within 7-14 days from the date of confirmation. We will keep you up to date with your order's status via e-mail.
  • If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may notify you with instructions on re-delivery.

Return

Our return policy allows for item(s) return with a full refund for the item(s).

Please note that for hygienic and logistical reasons, some items are not returnable.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for all returns are as follows:

  • It is within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date
  • In case of damaged item(s), it must be within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
  • Your item must fall into one of the follow categories:
    • Damaged
    • Defective
    • Not as advertised
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Missing parts / items
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
  • The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list, which includes:
    • All swimwear and underwear
    • All grocery categories
    • Digital goods such as mobile top up cards
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original, unopened packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and any free gifts received with it
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted
  • All sealed items must not be opened

If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please contact our Customer Service, or via the "My Orders" pages:

  • If our Customer Service is unable to help to solve your problem via alternative methods, we will issue you a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) code
  • Please write on the return address the RMA code and deliver to your nearest MySilkway Centre within fourteen (14) days of the issuing of the RMA code
  • If sending by courier, please ensure your package is secured from accidental damage and submit a tracking code via the RMA tracking page
  • You are responsible for the item(s) postal cost to your nearest MySilkway Centre
  • If your package is not in the condition it was described to be when we receive it, your return request maybe rejected
  • We will conduct an evaluation within ten (10) business days of receiving your returned items. You will receive email once the returned item is received at a MySilkway Centre
  • If your return is valid and you request for a refund, we will notify you and reimburse you with a refund via one of the following methods: MySilkway Money, Bank transfer (for COD), Paypal refund or Credit/Debit Card reimbursement
    • The refundable amount is based on the recalculation of the order without the returned item(s) applied. If the product was part of a promotion, the promotional discount may no longer apply. Under this calculation method, any additional taxes and/or shipping cost charged for the returned item(s) may also be refunded.
  • If your return is valid and you request for replacement, we will arrange for the replacement item(s) to be sent to you
  • If your return is not valid, we will notify you to arrange for pick up of your item(s) from the same MySilkway Centre you've sent your item(s) to
